The 17th century pub has a cosy interior with low-slung wooden beams and open fires. The overall distance of the Quarry Trail is about 26km (the Inca Trail is 43km) and the maximum altitude is 4,450m above sea level (the Inca Trail's highest point is Dead Woman's Pass at 4,215m) There are no mandatory black trails on this route althogh there are some areas that have the option of black or red, leading to the same place.
